TERM & CONDITIONS & SALES AGREEMENT

By placing an order at apinkprincess.com the customer agrees to all policies and has authorized A Pink Princess to collect payment via the payment method the customer has specified for the amount the order was placed for, and for any additions that were verfied through a phone request. We realize that making purchases on our website, requires trust on your part. We value your trust very highly, and pledge to you, our customer, that we are committed to ensuring the privacy of your personal information and will use any information you give us in a responsible manner. You are very important to us and we are dedicated to providing you with a safe and secure online experience.

When you supply us with personal information to request a catalog or order a product, the information you provide will be added to our customer file. You may receive periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services, discounts, special promotions. We may also contact you by mail or telephone if we have questions about your order.If you do not want to receive such mailings or telephone contact from us, then please email us at apinkprincess@earthlink.net to remove yourself from our contact list. We may share information with governmental agencies or other companies assisting us in fraud prevention or investigation. We may do so when: (1) permitted or required by law; or, (2) trying to protect against or prevent actual or potential fraud or unauthorized transactions; or, (3) investigating fraud which has already taken place. The information is not provided to these companies for marketing purposes.

If you need to return or exchannge an item. We must recieve it it unopened original condition with in 14 days of your receipt. You will need to enclose your original order number you recieved by email confirmation. A full refund will be returned less any shipping charges. If you are outside the 14 days you may request a return authorization. You will be given a store credit less shipping charges. In some cases a 20% fee may be charged. Please contact us if you need any clarification on your return.

A Pink Princess Inc wants ours customers to know that we value their business as well as their privacy. Any personal information that is collected when an order or registration is placed on our web site, such as your name, address, phone number, and email address is treated as private, and will not be shared or transfered to any other entities. We will use this information to communicate with our customers and keep customers informed on product information and any special offers or promotions that we have. Our primary means of such communcations are via Email or Postal Mail.
